All products in this webshop are made to order. This means that whenever an order is placed, all the information will be forwarded to our printing partner where the products are being made. Please review the items you have chosen before placing your order, as we cannot cancel, or exchange your order once the transaction has been made.
If you’ve received damaged, faulty or otherwise wrong products please get in touch as soon as possible (email@example.com) with pictures of the issue. If you reach out to us within 30 days we can discuss the complaint with our printing partner so that we can send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Because the items are made to order, we don’t offer exchanges. To make sure to get the right size, check out the sizing charts that are in the description section of each product. If you’ve received an item in a different color or size than what you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible through e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. In that case, make sure to include as much information as possible as well as pictures of the color/sizing label and your receipt.
We are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect information provided so make sure your address is correct when placing the order.
